My Approach
- I take time to understand your emotional experience, stressors, lifestyle, and history.
- We discuss symptoms like worry, sadness, sleep issues, energy levels, and focus difficulties.
- We explore what's driving your symptoms—whether it's life events, internal pressure, trauma or more
- Many patients feel relief just having language for what they’re going through.
- This may include medication (if appropriate), therapy collaboration, sleep support, and stress-reduction tools.
- I often integrate practical coping strategies, journaling techniques, or mind-body supports.
- We track progress together, adjusting treatment as your needs evolve.
- If you’re using medication, I monitor effects carefully and make data-informed changes.
- I focus on making treatment approachable, stigma-free, and rooted in what matters most to you—whether that’s feeling less anxious at work, sleeping better, or reconnecting with joy.
- This is care that grows with you—not just symptom relief, but true support for your healing and growth.

Yes. I’m board certified in both child/adolescent and adult psychiatry. I treat ages 3+ and adjust my approach based on developmental stage and needs.

That’s more common than you think. I take time to understand what didn’t work before and why. Then we create a plan that fits your current needs and lifestyle.
